3. Ordering and Delivery

   You may order food and grocery items through our app. We will deliver your orders to the delivery address specified in your account. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place through our app. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if necessary.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

   You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the restaurant or grocery store. If you cancel an order after it is confirmed, you may be charged a cancellation fee. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund.

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swadi - all in one solution and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our app or your violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our app following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
